We put aside 3% of paid TitoBytes project work for registered organisations that support bees, pollinators, biodiversity, or similar environmental work.
We only count project money that has actually been paid. VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and client pass-through costs like hosting, licences, or subcontractor fees are left out.
We send it to registered groups supporting bees, pollinators, biodiversity, or similar environmental work. We choose organisations we can verify and document properly.
Each donation is backed by the records needed for Lithuanian accounting, plus our own internal notes showing how the amount was worked out.
We total it up through the year and donate it once a year after the related client payments have actually arrived.
